Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette (33) has agreed personal terms with Saudi Pro League club Al-Qadisah ahead of a potential transfer this summer, according to Foot Mercato. The Lyon captain could be set to leave his boyhood club for a second time with clubs from Saudi Arabia actively interested in his services.
Whilst Al-Qadisah have agreed personal terms with Lacazette on a contract which could be worth 4 times more than his current salary, according to L’Équipe, the Saudi club are yet to reach a financial agreement with Les Gones. Lacazette has once again been the star in attack for OL as he scored 19 goals in 29 Ligue 1 appearances.
Any potential sale of their club captain will likely see Lyon spark into action in the transfer market to replace their most reliable goalscorer. Gift Orban could be a potential option internally to assume the role of Lacazette but OL are interested in potential replacements. Metz loanee Georges Mikautadze (23) is a potential option for Lyon with a price tag of €20m placed on the Lyon academy graduate, Foot Mercato report.
